1. Shipment:

 All goods are shipped from fujian China. We use the following carriers: EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx. We do not accept COD. The shipping time is 5-7 days depending on location. We will provide you with a tracking number that will be sent to your email within 12 hours of your payment.

2. How can I get information after I have paid for the goods?

We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.

3. When and how can I check on my order status?

Normaly, after 3days you can track your package(s).

4. How do I contact you if I have a question?

We prefer to be contacted by email or via MSN.

5. How long will it take to receive my goods?

It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order. Sometimes the goods are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.

6. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?

Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.

7. Can you reserve a sample for me until I can pay for it?

Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
